Terms of Service - Mehudar

Use of the "Mehudar" service is subject to these terms. Installing the app or registering a device constitutes acceptance.

The Service

Mehudar provides device management and content filtering. Protection strength depends on the install mode: "full management" (Device Owner) provides strong, non-bypassable enforcement, while "basic" mode (without full management) provides partial, bypassable protection.

User responsibilities

• The installer affirms they own the device or are authorized to manage it.
• Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or tamper with filtering or enforcement.
• Registration details must be accurate and current.

Subscription and payments

Paid services are billed per the chosen plan. Non-payment may lead to suspension after a grace period. Payments are processed by uPay.

Availability and disclaimer

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Content filtering is a deterrent, not an absolute guarantee. The Service is provided "AS IS" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop the Service at any time. Releasing management unlocks the device and removes locks; the account record is retained unless deletion is requested.
